It belongs to one of the wealthiest families in Sunnyport, the Ludgate family. Stanley Ludgate and Kathleen Ludgate. They live there with two of their three children, April Ludgate and Minnie Ludgate. Their oldest child Ronald Ludgate, has moved out and now lives on his own in one of the apartments on Main Street.
