In his draconic form Petrax the undying storm was a puppet of the Dragon Cult and had the seemingly endless power of a adult blue dragon. In his death his spirit reclaimed some of his humanity but was still changed. The spectral dragon had two curled horns, one of witch was a green gemstone serving as the dragons physical phylactery thanks to Octavia Hartins arcane rituals, binding the dragon to her will.
In his ghostly human form, Petrax resembled young human in noble clothes only his glowing green eyes and green gemstone amulet hinting to the ghost greater power.
