The people of Psaratiso are as diverse as the skylife they fish for, and take great pride in accepting anyone who wishes to dedicate themselves to the lifestyle of fishing.
The Government:
The government of Psaratiso is run by the wealthiest fish merchants amongst the citizens who own the most ships. This has created quite a stranglehold over the market for these aristocrats.
Criminals:
Criminal activity is plenty rife within the community of Psaratiso with the Agents of Avarcus and the Katais Order both attempting to control the smuggling here.
Trade:
This small village holds a very important relationship as a pretty important exporter of fishing goods. This power and wealth means the city is about to blow up in population and expansion of their market.
Districts:
The town does not have districts as most of the buildings simply form the skyport that is the entirety of the city.
Notable Locations:
- The Sky Whale’s Respite: This local tavern/inn is owned by a portly old gentle-gnome by the name of Sinziver Jughorn. Sinziver runs a tight operation, not allowing things to get too out of hand like sailors are wont to do.
- Psaratiso Services and Wares: This general store is ran by a dwarvish man by the name of Daermin Stoneheart. Besides offering a general amount of goods, this store also serves as a place for locals to procure different services such as mail, laundry, escorts, and hiring for jobs.
- Medicine of the Sky: Ran by a halfling woman named Elijen Lighthand, this little shop specializes in the medicinal, helping sailors with any ailment or injury that befalls them during their fishing trips.
