Government: None Officially
Tothwescom is an unorganized nation encompassing the northern mountain ranges of Tor'Dath, and serves as the home of Goliath's, Giants, and some dwarven populations.
Much like Stroth, Tothwescom's closest form of government is comprised of various tribes though they seem much less likely to cooperate and focus more of their spiritual worship and survival. The dwarves use a more structured government usually a kingship, or some form of representative government.
