A shrine dedicated to the wind spirits this shrine is most famously known for it's monolithic Torii Gate which requires one to fly through the gate as if they were a spirit riding the winds. Often this is done through magical means, but it's commonly accepted for one to simply ride a flying vessel through the gateway if no other means exist.
The temple itself sits on the edge of the Taran Plataue overlooking the canyon divide between Taran and Taipan with it's Torii Gate sitting on the cliffs edge.
