Valok doesn't speak; he whistles and hums. He believes that the wind blowing through the mountain crags is the "Sheet Music of the Gods."
The Ritual: He performs the Sky-Burial. When a Frostwalker dies, Valok uses wind-magic to lift their body to the highest spire so the birds of Vulkas, The Sky-Reaper (Spirit of the Storm) can carry their spirit to the stars.
The Totem: A collection of hollowed-out eagle bones hanging from his back.
