Start: 8th of Duratus, mid-morning, at the Crossroads of the Cloth firing upon Don Tristurro, Turq, and their Vaakbond contingent
- Encounter at the Crossroads of
the Cloth: 28 Vaakbond Spies, Don Tristurro, Turq
- Crax threw 2 sticks of dynamite into the Vaakbond contingent. Vaakbonds took 15 shots on Crax, all missed
- Foussard blocked the door to the Domarail watchtower, gave Aoife time to run north along the rooftops
- Crax escaped into an old gnomish woman's apartment, lost his pursuers in the buildings
- Argus, Otto, and Roht left the square from their alleys to the Crucible
- Calliope was chased through the alleys by 4 Vaakbonds, slowed them with Shatters on the buildings and escaped
- Cachette slunk into the shadows and returned to the Cozy Camper
- Aoife followed Turq north, saw
them reveal a metal perforated which a Reduced Don Tristurro hid inside
- Aoife ran to the fence, took a shot on the Don which Turq intercepted using Whirlwarden. Aoife then hid on the roofs, then returned to the Crucible
- Calliope found Threads by
Peche, bought new dope performer's garb with the Clothes of Mending enchantment (70g total)
- 7'2" firbolg woman in a beautiful suit, had the finest clothes personally designed. Low seductive voice
- Mannequins with recent creations (outfits). Changing room made entirely of mirrors - each reflection showed yourself in Peche's clothes in various poses
- Party gathered at the Crucible,
met with Barristan inside
- Stinky scouted, saw Vaakbonds investigating the Crossroads of the Cloth
- Sent a note to Lacie, asking about safe havens they could use in the city. Lacie posited a burrow in the Pines he created (too small) or rooms in the Cozy Camper
- Party snuck to the Cozy Camper
in their disguises, met Lacie and Alice at reception
- Lacie demanded an explanation, Calliope explained everything the group has done in Rookmore (deal w/ Don, Barristan's missing finger, Gabriel's fall, the previous lady's assassination, mind control)
- Party reunited with Cachette,
Gabriel, and Bill in Bill's room at the end of the hall on the left
- Roht missed his rematch with Gideon Fellspear
- Stinky scouted, saw the south gate portcullis down with increased Sentinel presence, saw 50+ Vaakbonds entering Castle Cliffkeep
- Plans made: Cachette w/ invisibility and Aoife w/ enhanced Dex sneak into Castle Cliffkeep from the western Irdus Bluffs, scout the castle and assassinate Dismalaravas.
- Stinky scouted, saw gathering of 40+ Sentinels gathered outside of the castle gate, with Aguilon speaking to them. Stinky relayed Aguilon's speech, and his underlying fear as he indicated that he and all the Sentinels were under an omnipresent threat (Geas)
- Late at night, a pair of Vaakbonds (one named Sapphy) tried to strongarm Lacie to allow them to search the Cozy Camper. Lacie stood his ground, stated his businesses promise of privacy and a good night's sleep. The Vaakbonds exited, promising to return tomorrow morning.
- Long rest in the Cozy Camper w/ Gabriel, Bill, and Cachette
