Artie O'Fisher was the artificer teacher of Leminy Gilcog, operating out of his garage in Resonaegis. He was a dwarven mad with long red hair, a red goatee, and weathered skin. Artie O'Fisher often appeared wearing a leather harness to hold all of his tools across his back, and wore a large, green and yellow padded gambeson with heavy gloves and boots.
Artie O'Fisher specialized in black powder, creating and discovering many improvements upon cannon technology. Specifically, Artie O'Fisher was the creator of the blunderbuss. One day in his workshop, while experimenting on a new form of arcane power - a Primordial Shards, the object flashed and exploded, killing him instantly. He was survived by his apprentice, Leminy Gilcog, who took over management of O'Fisher and Sons.
Artie O'Fisher was working on a new experimental invention dubbed the Titan Apparatus before his death. He left his research and notes to two of his associates: his apprentice, Leminy Gilcog, and his research peer Ormund Vanstein.
