Felix Fortunefan is an archmage and member of the Hydra Collective. Felix Fortunefan is a young Halfling wizard who wears blue robes with light brown trim, and a black wizard hat over their mid-length, straight blond hair. He often appears with a short, white staff with a golden four leaf clover as the figurehead in one hand, and magically shuffles levitating playing cards with the other.
