Arvos Ilhos (Arvin Ilario)

Arvos Ilhos was born on Earth, having never been beyond the atmosphere of the planet. Their family having come to the planet on a small ship almost 120 years ago, having landed near the Darién Gap, living out their life in secret. They were born to a family of scientists and soldiers from Veros, seeing if this planet would be inhabitable for further Olonos to come and live peacefully. His family made contact with a woman from a nearby village, but the language was vastly different, and their physique was even more dissimilar. So this woman would return, teaching them the local language, teaching them about local flora and fauna. But one day, well before Arvos was born, their pibling didn't return from a hunting trip, and the woman showed up telling them to run, that her village was hunting for the "Golden Gods". So they all ran, all Arvos knew for the first thirty years of their life was running. When their grandparent got too old for their armaments, they passed it down to Arvos, allowing them to take to the sky in flight as a Golden Eagle.

Things changed when the Chameleon Chip was invented in the 1970s, Arvos and their family were able to change their appearance to blend in better amongst humanity. They emigrated to America around the same time the R.E.P.O.R.T. was founded, and despite their best effort, they were quickly identified as extra-terrestrials. Their family was given a choice, either leave the planet, or join the R.E.P.O.R.T. and provide them information on worlds beyond Earth. So the choice was made, most of the soldiers in their family decided not to join, but were allowed to live a peaceful life, while most of the scientists joined to aid the U.S. Government in whatever they were attempting to do. Arvos decided to join as a field agent, using his armaments to aid with combat and surveillance, under the code name "Golden Eagle".
