The Phantoms

The Phantoms is one of the three gangs within Ernest Point, controlling all of Middletown and Industry Plaza, stealing money and valuables from the citizens. Almost every single member of the Phantoms has undergone a similar mutagenic treatment to their leader to gain ghostly abilities. Though some of the members are more mystically oriented, specifically necromantic magics.
