Minor Twist

Active Trap: Not knowing how to avoid the traps in the Triad's hideout could be the heroes' downfalls. Roll the environment dice, Attack all targets using Min die.

Accidental Patrol: Gang members often wander around the compound, going from place to place. Add two Jade Fist Thugs to the scene.

Major Twist

Drug Cache: It's easy to stumble upon the drug labs within the hideout, almost completely empty, and in a clear cup are two pills with black and jade bead filling. If a hero consumes the pills, they gain a Boost by the Max die, this bonus is persistent and exclusive, but they are addicted to the drug now.

Minor Twist

Triad Reserves: More members of the Triad show up, to protect their hideout. Roll the environment dice, introduce a number of minions equal to the Mid die of a die size equal to the Min die.

Major Twist

Sound the Alarm: A motion sensor has detected the movement of the heroes, and a loud alarm is blaring.

       On the Environment's turn, roll environment dice, add Min die number of minions. Do this on each
         of its turns until the challenge is completed.

Minor Twist

Chemical Fumes: The harmful fumes of one of the labs have collected in the room, and the heroes need to breathe. Roll environment dice, Hinder all heroes with Mid die.

Occupied Training Room: The heroes have accidentally entered a training area, but worse is that it's in use. Roll the environment dice, add a Jade Fist Trainer and Min die lieutenants.

Major Twist

Weapons Rack: There's a large rack of weapons agains the wall, it's almost entirely empty except for one large spear-like polearm made of entirely of wood. Roll the environment dice, Boost whoever takes up the weapon with Mid die, and Hinder everyone else with the Max die, these mods are persistent and exclusive.
