TMM05 is a mining construct that was built by lantanese artificers and imported to Waterdeep. It was purchased by the Agents of the Overseer to help dig and expand tunnels in Undermountain.
While it began as a mindless machine, it was exposed to a surge of wild magic eminating from Gyk'raal Wvrnili, which disrupted the complex enchantments and allowed the trapped elemental within it to awaken.
