Mortal Finite Temporary
As the only shout created by Men, rather than Dragons, it was forged in order to force a Dragon to understand the concept of Mortality.
As an action, you speak the words of this shout. You target a Dragon. The dragon has the wind knocked out of its wings and they fall to the ground below and are considered prone.
Additionally, the Dragon must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target is stunned until the end of the caster's next turn.
On a successful save, they are not stunned.
When Whispered, the Dragon cannot be stunned.
When Yelled, the Dragon is not stunned, but instead makes a Constitution saving throw to resist being paralyzed for 1 turn.
