Mountain Flowers, found in varieties of colors (predominantly red, blue, purple, and yellow) are predominantly found in the north of Tamriel, across the mountain ranges of High Rock, Skyrim, Morrowind, and Northern Cyrodiil. Leaves and Petals of the plant possess a variety of alchemical properties including, but not limited to, mana restoration, stamina fortification, resistance to poisonous and venomous effects, and general health improvement. Other alchemical effects can be derived from the root of the plant, however.
