This pony is actually a spirit assuming the form. The spirit has the statistics of a normal pony. It cannot be ridden by any medium creature, only a small or tiny creature could ride it.
Otherwise, the pony serves you as a companion, able to carry a light load (no more than 100 lbs).
If the pony drops to 0 hit points, it disappears, dropping any cargo or riders it was carrying. You can also dismiss it at any time as an action.
