If the attuned becomes the target of Vicious Mockery, the handaxe will, as a Reaction, fly from their hand, belt, or pack, and strike the insulting caster. Afterwards, it will fly back to the attuned. It doesn't like to be made fun of.
Cursed: The weapon interprets any verbal insult as a casting of Vicious Mockery. You may wish to put it on a chord.
