Celia Sailborn is the shipwright for the Sanguine Sailor, and a Fathomless Blade Warlock who got her powers unbeknownst to her when her first ship went down. She is a very tall and lithe aquatic half-elf woman who can handle herself in battle, but now with her newfound magic, she can handle herself even better. She wears what would be considered very traditional sailor attire, the large overcoat, the tricorn hat with the big feather, just very stereotypical sailor clothing.
