Hugoh Pantifis the bard aboard the Sanguine Sailor, he is an Eloquence Bard who uses his abilities to bolster the crew of the ship by leading them all in different sea shanties. Hugoh Pantif is a bald Water Genasi with seafoam green skin, he wears colourful clothing with many different shades of blue and green that all appear to clash, but still somehow work together. Some call his style gaudy with all the jewellery made of sea shells that he also wears, and he would agree with you, but that's just the way he is.
