Arata Kyo is a student at the Capital Academy, and nephew of the Lord of the town. He is a young man, being born to the younger brother of the Lord, but you can still see the resemblance between the two. He has dark brown hair with an undercut, his eyes are honey brown with round, complex spectacles. He wears similar clothing to his uncle, but all of it looks wrinkled and hastily thrown on, he seems to almost always be late to something.
