Natural Weapon

Effect: You have a beak, or clawed hands or maybe a thick tail that can be used as a weapon. The creature has a base natural weapon. This can be a bite, claw, or tail attack, depending on the creature. This diverse feature can be taken multiple times. 

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: (Dexterity or Strength modification + proficiency) to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: (1d6+Dexterity or Strength modification) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack:  (Dexterity or Strength modification + proficiency) to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit:  (1d4+Dexterity or Strength modification) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit:  (1d8+Dexterity or Strength modification) bludgeoning damage.
