The Land of the Redeemers is a section of the Nexus that has had turmoil among its gods more than many sections. Over the past 10-20k years the world this section is connected to, has lost connection to all gods outside of Tiamat, they the other gods, or the ones that survived came back and then lost connection again over a long period of time. That world now has the gods, including Tiamat re-emerging.
