Kim Gu-won

When Governor Heh Shan-Bao took office in Willowshore, he ordered several new warehouses and a trade office to be built, hoping to expand the town's industry and connection with the coastal fortress of Karahai.  On Granny Hu's advice Shan-Bao handpicked the local Kofusachi priest, Kim Gu-won, to take the post of Exchange Manager.
