A seemingly aggressive, aquatic species that are present off the coast of Terra Peran.
It is known that they control a sizable area of the ocean off the coast of Haven, are highly territorial and somewhat xenophobic about land dwellers.
Some of them possess the ability to manipulate water (though it's unclear if this is an innate or learnt ability). They seem to have an affinity for sharks, using them as both a faster means of travel and as allies in combat.
