A Selachii warrior who took part in an attack on ships bound for Haven, captured and kept prisoner kept in the Watch House (and nicknamed Finnegan).
Eventually some limited communication become possible through using Nihil as an interpreter.
Rhazik had determined that the people of Haven were not a threat and were not working with enemies of the Selachii and agreed to share this with the rest of it's people in return for it's freedom.
