Plumeria Blossom

Background: Plumeria, or Plum casually around friends,  has been seen hanging out around arcades or used game stores since arriving to town, seeming to like hovering around the community. Otherwise she can usually be found  working out of her own apartment repairing electronics or computers for others. She seems to have a constant need to be moving, even if just tapping a leg while sitting still, and dressed usually in a mishmash of clothes she bought from a used clothing store, though the look usually seems to fit mostly together. From what she will say about her past, she is from the jersey turnpike area but moved to town recently to get a new start

Mask: An athletic brown haired caucasian woman in her mid-20s, she has the build of someone who has done track for several years, and a mishmash of clothing  accumulated from far too many spaces to have a theme, she has a nervous energy to her movement, at all times

Mien:  the hair grows out, darkens, ears manifest that are more horselike, a tail erupts from the back of her clothes and the attire switches to a much more  collated and "epic" look, straps of fabric and leather  and a summer mantle manifesting as a warm heat and hissing pops of lightning and thunder crackling around them
