After we Exited Baba Yaga's house to get to Bluth grove we Noticed it was around dusk and that a couple of days have passed us again. Why did ever used her house to get around. Her Transportation service is always guaranteed to be late.
Anyway when we entered Bluth's grove I was surprised by the angry looks the centaurs were giving my group. I realized they were all looking at Stevnar. I Really angry looking Centaur came at him, tugged his winged Saddles and growled "We Are not Pack animals!".
Stevnar explained that the saddles enabled him to fly and even demonstrated it but still most of the Centaurs seemed very offended (In my town we have term for these people... Haters!!!). He eventually gave trying to convince his kin folk of the merits of the saddle and took it off and gave it to sir Oink. He then Proceeded to take to his house and welcome us in. After that we looked for Hazel but it turns out she left the Village two days ago alongside a child named Chairo (Oh Dear, The plot Thickens. I was worried for Chairo, I mean she was just a child and I did swear to look out for her). Instead of chasing after her we decided it was best if we just waited for her in the Village. So we came back to Stevnar's house to rest for the night. I choose to sleep on the roof of the house (I usually do. Not really an Indoor cat).
That night I was woken up with an Explosion close to me. I shot up and a Dragon with Three heads, breathing fire into Hazel's house next door. "Hazel! Where are you! You Thief!"
"Hazel isn't hear? She left two days ago! Haven't returned yet."
"You will Show her to me and she will return what she stole in two days or I Manje Will burn down your Village!"
He then Flew to the small lake in the middle of the Village summoned dragon heads on the ground. Impressive but He massively Underestimated his foes. The Group came out of the house we battled Manje and managed to slay him. It wasn't one our more difficult fights but Certain things stood out like Eluine being no where to be seen and Stevnars' house being burned down.
We Communed with the Village and found out that this perticular species of dragon was called a Zmey. Now dragons have a habit of pursuing anyone that steals from their dragon horde (This is why I don't steal from dragons. I did not live this long by doing suicidal stupid shit.) Whats unique about this type of dragon was that even if a zmey was killed, another would take up the hunt for stolen treasure. A Centaur Neigh-Mane said the Kariv (Some sort Gypsy folk, I found out kater) knew of a spell that could break this and that some had been living in Whistlehollow. Also, he suspected Baba Luvra (What is up with this forest and Old women named baba?) was wrapped up in this. He'd seen Hazel and Chairo with her and didn't trust her, saying she was the oldest and most devious of all the spider crones in the Margreve.
After some time Lavell Appeared in the Village with Griffons in tow (Show off!), he says they were here as help from the Margreve. After some deliberation we decided to go to the Kariv first and mounted the griffons.
We arrived in The Karive camp and a man came to talk to us. After some words where exchanged they took us to see their Matriarch and she confirmed that they had the spell we were looking for. After some Negotiations we agreed to buy the spell scroll from her and a silver bell with Draconic runes we were going to need for the spell. However why do I get the feeling we got ripped off. Anyway I put it out of my mind and we mounted up again.
We need a few Things for the Spell to work. A pound of salt, a known thief of dragon’s treasure, a creeping vine of surpassing age, and a silver bell marked with draconic runes, to properly focus the incantation. We already have some of the ingredients and the others are just easy to find. I guess all we needed now was to find Hazel and for that we needed to find and speak to Baba Luvra.
We flew to Hag's tooth hill which I was told was the Gathering place of the Spidercrones and where we would most likely to find Baba Luvra. The place was Full of Webs and trees and Eluine and I volunteered to go ahead and scout. Imagine my surprise when the rest of the team followed killiang any chance of surprise we had. Brilliant! We came before a clearing and was shocked to find Hazel there knitting. Stev volunteered to go ahead and talk to her. He tried but she was nonreactive and then he tried to touch her, that was when The Baba Luvra showed up and Chastised Stev and Told the rest of us to come out (See this is why I only trust myself to sneak around). We asked her questions about Hazel but she was suspicious and Guarded until she Heard My Name Mentioned and her Whole Demenor changed to suddenly being Friendly (I Have that Effect on people. Its Probably through my Selfless deads.). She told us that she placed a spell on Hazel that send her to the ethereal plane so that the Zmeys would not be able to track her down. She also mentioned that Chairo had gone off to confront Kerok by herself (Ai Mija, Please be ok). She then gave us the Orb of upcasting that Hazel stole from the Zmey. The Margreve had told her to take it before Kerok could.
We Decide to sleep in Baba Luvra's abode. I Have the feeling we where going to need our strength in the morning.
