Tallum is requesting information on the existence of the famed ship Black Nora and its posisble involvement with the destruction of 17 of Chavanese ports. Tallum believes that the ship is responsible for the destruction of the ports. He is instructed by the 13 great families of Chavant, to find proof that the Black Nora still remains.
Tallum believes, along with the 13 great houses of Chavant, that this breaks the terms of their vassalage, thus releasing them from their bonds allowing them to become a free state once again.
