The highest room on the staircase in the Grand Library's "old building" contains no books, but instead is merely full of gears, pendulums and clockwork as it is the maintenance room for the famous clock tower which extends some 50 feet above the roof. The tower has two clocks - the upper shows the time in The Grand City of Mor'Koc, the lower the time in the Troll Homelands.
