A cannon consists of a heavy Metal tube which uses gunpowder (an alchemical creation invented and used almost exclusively by the Nagi) to propel heavy balls of cast iron through the air at destructive speeds. They are usually mounted on a specially-made carriage and towed behind a horse or ox from place to place.

Ammunition - Weapon
You can use a weapon that has the ammunition property to make a ranged attack only if you have ammunition to fire from the weapon. Each time you attack with the weapon, you expend one piece of ammunition. Drawing the ammunition from a quiver, case, or other container is part of the attack (you need a free hand to load a one-handed weapon). At the end of the battle, you can recover half your expended ammunition by taking a minute to search the battlefield.
Unstable - Weapon
These Siege Weapons are prone to self-destructing and killing its users when used incorrectly. On a natural one, a Siege Weaponwith this property explodes and is destroyed, regardless of its remaining HP. Every creature within 20ft of the siege weapon must make a DC15 Dex check to dive out of the way; on a fail they take 8d6 Fire damage.
