Vicious - Weapon
Vicious is a weapon property representing an exceptionally sharp edge that cuts deep, ragged wounds. Without magical healing, wounds inflicted by a Vicious weapon take twice as long to heal. A creature struck by the weapon must also make a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to the damage taken; on a failed save, it suffers a -2 penalty to all physical actions on its next turn.
