This huge ornate building serves as the central courthouse for the Barony of Na'Ka'Ve. It became notorious during Petalstorm of 3A 206 when the Grey Maiden murdered Judge Bam Ja'zec on its front steps in a mistaken attempt to help remove corruption from the city.
