Imperial Watchmen

The Imperial Watchmen are a Trollish hate group based in Na'Ka'Ve, known for brutally beating or killing anyone they see as a threat who isn't a Troll or whom they see as a "race traitor". They are notably responsible for the killing of local politician To'bn Fl'wr and his son Lon and the mutilation of To'bn's wife Rilira, as well as a large number of other violent crimes in the area.
