The organisation is spread out across the world of Orth. It is made up of mostly independently operating individuals, and the most prominent of them are ranked from the lowest members, such as Ashraiah "Ash" el Sabine (Two of Hearts) to the highest such as The Ace of Spades.
A distinctive piece of equipment for them is a meteor hammer, a large blunt impact weapon also used as a useful tool.
The most famous member is The Black Joker who is rumoured to have robbed the The Imperial Mint.
