Seaghd II mac Greimdorch

Count of Breasal
NPC

Seaghd II mac Greimdorch (currently posing as his "great-grandson", Seaghd IV mac Greimdorch) is the incumbent head of House mac Greimdorch and current owner of Castle Fitheach. What those outside of his own household do not know, however, is that he is a Vampire and has been for well over five centuries after using a blood ritual to give himself the virus that involved killing his younger brother, Coman. He keeps this fact hidden by taking advantage of the Empire's lack of upkeep on birth and death records to hide his identity, changing his appearance every generation or so to match his new name, and subtly manipulating the political structures of Tir to try and increase his personal power.

Despite his personal aspirations of attaining absolute power for himself, he himself tends to keep to the shadows, using a vast army of peons to do his bidding for him and even using a Scrying Unknown as a stand-in at Grand Imperial Advisory Board meetings, speaking through it.

Seaghd is known, however, to be a lover of the arts, particularly poetry and literature. The rare times he appears in public he is usually dressed in dark colours with white or red accents.

Personality
Outwardly, Seaghd comes across as reclusive but charismatic, though the first is secretly merely a side effect of his lifestyle and nature as a Vampire. He is noted to be incredibly intelligent and has a knack for reading people.
In reality, this goes much, much further. Seaghd is a master of manipulation, able to get almost anyone under his thumb and absolute control merely with the power of words. He holds an cult-like, almost Mansonesque sway over his followers, able to get them to do his exact bidding with body language alone. He is an expert of tactics and a masterful political scholar.
At the absolute bottom of it all though, Seaghd cares about very few people other than himself. He is obsessed with gaining power and eventually becoming truly immortal. His goal is to find a way to become a literal God (though his ultimate aim in doing this is unknown to all but him) and he is more than willing to destroy anyone to reach the ultimate pinnacle of influence and power.
