New Pool is a The Meritocratic Republic of the United People of the Pools colony in The New World, established as a counter colonisation effort against the Imperial Troll Empire. Since the birth of The Second Sun and the Southland's drought, New Pool ships most of the food to the UPP, and as such is one of the fastest growing cities in the UPP. New Pool serves as the administrative centre of the Upper UPP.
