This weapon is awkward and difficult to use without the proper training. If you do not have the proficiency in this weapon specifically, it has the Unwieldy property.

Throwing weapons have a range increment in their stat block determining their effective range, and may be recovered after they have been thrown. Thrown weapons with the ammunition property, such as the dagger and dart, may be drawn and thrown as part of an attack.
