A bizarre concoction unique to the Queen's Cat Inn that barely counts as a drink and, indeed, is more intended as a jesting drinking challenge for whoever's left after last orders are served. At the end of the night, the spillage on the bartop (including anything from drinks to condiments, though bodily fluids or anything toxic are always avoided) is mopped up with a (clean) rag and wrung out into a glass. Whoever can drink it all in one gulp without vomiting or blacking out gets a free order of food when they next come in.

Upon drinking, roll a DC19 Con test (this reduces to DC14 on subsequent drinkings to the first). On failure, flip a coin: if heads, you vomit violently, and if tails you black out until the next morning. On success, but only on the first time you drink it, you permanently gain +1 Con.
