Only available for purchase on the black market in small amounts, if you're trying to get the blood of an incredibly rare endangered animal for your potions frankly you are a monster. While unicorn blood can heal all wounds to the point where it can make the one who consumes it temporarily immortal, it is addictive and anyone who drinks it will find it requires rapidly increasing amounts to continue working to the point where eventually one will need to be drinking it near-constantly just to stay alive as their organs turn into a tumour-filled mess as in large amounts it is also a powerful carcinogen. Though as the possession of unicorn blood is punishable by life imprisonment in many countries and by death if you are found to have been the one who killed the unicorn in question in the Kingdom of the Faerie Isle (one of only a small handful of crimes in the country actually punishable by death), you have bigger issues well before that.
