Tla'Umdoatl

Dragon God of Creation and the Earth

The Lord of Flames, Tla'Umdoatl holds the domain of creation and all the mortal realms. The Scaled King carved the Plane of Dragons out of the Elemental Chaos. By his claw came the Realms of Genie. By his dreams came the Lands of Fae. All the Inner Planes are the domain of the Eldest One. He built this land as a home for his people, where they would be the greatest of all. Then, the Celestials arrived from their planes of thought. At first they warred, before peace was made and they joined as equals. The Great Sculptor is usually depicted as a vast, black dragon with long, twisted horns and flames glowing beneath his scales. He also appears as a black-haired man in royal robes, with a ruby-encrusted gold crown.

Although mainly honoured by the dragons, he is also called upon by artisans and creators of all kinds. It is said that the scent of helion incense can grant divine inspiration and is becoming closely associated with creative pursuits.
