After deciding to do some exploration with Candles and Felrick for Kel we ventured onwards into the Shade! The beauties of this enchanted area never cease to amaze me. However along our walk the first oddity was a feline fae. It appeared for all purposes to be a black cat but the threads of fate spoke differently to me than the rest of the party. Upon pointing it out for a fraud the creature was displeased but honestly that amused me.
Candles departed with Kel once we found a large clearing, which to be honest I don’t understand why Kel wanted to leave after immediately finding the area but I digress. Felrick and I happened upon a strange creature that was bled dry of its fluids but not undead. Odd isn’t it? I believe Felrick plans to examine the material more in the future with Kel.
