The illegitimate son of a drow assassin and a human trader, Saber grew up an orphan on the streets of Yaldana. He made his way in life by killing—typical for drow—and pickpocketing— less so. He holds a deep-rooted disdain for surface-dwellers; the intricacies of the common tongue continue to vex him, and the social conventions of those who speak it are even worse. Despite this, he's been compelled to the surface by... something. Only he knows what. Now, at 24, he finds himself in the Navigator's expeditionary camp, bloodied and near death. He's tight-lipped about why he seeks to join their organization. Surely, it can only be for the best of reasons.
Imposing for his height, Saber stands at 5'4", with gray skin, white hair, and ruby red eyes that signify his drow heritage. Favoring stealth in combat above all else, he dresses in lightweight black clothing. He fights with a pair of twin sabers.
