The veins of the Ice Genasi run cold with the blood of Ice Giants, and they are said to feel cold to the touch. They are often set apart by stark white or pale blue eyes or hair or rarely have skin tones of those colors. Many prefer solitude, finding solace in the loneliness.
Their Giants' blood gives Ice Genasi a natural resistance to the cold and some basic ice magic. They are also at home on the ice, able to avoid struggling on icy surfaces or through thick snow.
