Knavefall 23: Young noble and son of merchant found in indelicate situation near tower. Noble returned to her parents, son of merchant delivered to the city jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Knavefall 24: Noble daughter from previous incident removed from city by her guardians after being found trying to sneak into city jail. Headed south.
