KINGSTON
We head to Southspite to pick up the Shield Guardian, and attempt to awaken it in Lasthaven. Using the book we acquired with instructions on the Guardian, a powerful lightning strike will do it.
Sure enough, we resurrect it. We lead it to Katla Liondark, and present it as a gift, Codex hands over the book of instructions and some instructions. The Guardian has a spell of Death Ward to cast if Katla is in danger.
We then head out to Kingston and then speak to King Morys Elynbrigge-Lytton about the memories we collected of Isabel Elynbrigge-Jendryng from Sigil. Morys tells us to speak to Taben Staves, the Inquisitor. He is above reproach, and can view the memory without consuming it and also confirm the memory is actually from Isabel – the memory is a piece of her soul.
We head to the Cuthbert Citadel and Taben takes us to a mirror. We see the memories.
Codex asks Taben if he knew about Cinnabar Epiphany and Stephen Wrightson's relationship, and Taben knew. He tells them that there three tents for four people when Clarence, him, Taben and Ephipany travelled, and it wasn’t hard to figure out.
We then head to the Cleves Ball, and have a nice time. The King and Queen make an appearance, as well as Gilbert and Emma. Rosa holds court and once again, Lydia and Able dance the night away.
