Kingston – R2 - Royal District of Prince Gilbert
We trade in the Promissory notes we got way back in Everlife for money with Coletta’s assistance. 10,000 gp total. We are once again flush with cash.
We speak to Emma and Gilbert, first about Theobald’s options. They want him to have his curse lifted and to live a normal life mortal life. We also talk about making Michael Baron of Everlife, Gilbert coaches us through the documentation to ensure it happens. It does require Michael to sign, so he has to agree. We also talk about Tristan and Erica, which Emma finds adorable, she agrees to host a tea tomorrow to and ensure Erica is there.
We teleport to Everlife. Bale offers the title of Baron to Michael, who resists initially, but Bale convinces him. “I need someone I can trust”.
Bale and Maud get the names of those that stayed to defend Everlife, those are:

Meanwhile Berdyn, Codex and Simon speak to Tristan, letting him know that Erica Sabion is alive.
Tristan doesn’t want Erica to be here, and refuses to believe that there could be a future. He says that there is no way for him to provide a life for her in the way that she is accustomed. The argument gets ugly, Tristan doesn’t want her to know he’s alive, he doesn’t want her to come here and he doesn’t want her to endanger his life. He’s young, he’s bitter, and he loves her.
We leave and return to the spire, and then out to Maud’s house in the city of Everlife. It’s above a shop, and filled with her plans and inventions. She is particularly fond of her Nutter shutters – clockwork shutters which when wound will lower in 12 hours automatically.
We return to Kingston and have a nice dinner with Rosa and William Lytton.
