She lacked training in combat, yet helped whenever she could using the magics gifted to her to sooth and heal the wounded and needing. But like all magic, it took its toll on her. When the sanctuary she was operating in was attacked, she stood bravely with the last guardians, her kin. And in desperate attempt to prevent the annihilation, she gave everything to empower the soldiers, draining every last bit of her life to strenghten them. It was this valiant effort that caught the eyes of the God-King and brought her selfless soul before the anvil.
After her reforging and time spend in the gladitorium, Elaine proved to be a warrior. But the bitter sting of seeing everything she held dear burned and rotten by the forces of chaos remained. After countless reforgings, her righteous hate remained and only fueled her conviction and devotion to Sigmar, soon leading to her ascending to the rank of Lord Veritant.
