Following Uthan's defeat in the Blood War and Teckitan's subsequent surrender, the Coalition of Nations nearly tore itself apart in the political frenzy to decide what the terms of surrender should be. Many wanted to take the territory as their own, knowing that control of almost all international trade would bolster their economies and put them on the track to become an international superpower. These fierce debates continued for nearly two weeks, before The Order stepped in and help intermediate the negotiations, eventually deciding on a few terms.
- The territory of the Efil Pass would remain under the ownership of the City-State of Teckitan.
- Teckitan shall never again have it's own armed forces.
- Teckitan will have to pay war reparations to each of the nations that comprise the Coalition.
- The Blood Mages shall be considered war criminals of the highest criminal and held under the contempt of the law.
- Teckitan will now be considered a combined protectorate of the Coalition of Nations.
- All debts owed by members of the Coalition of Nations are considered to be paid off.
