Formlithind is a city-state of Areabar, pop. ~10k, ruled by the Unknown family. Its defended by a system of arcane wards and an elite guard called the Nine Knights. Kind of a backwater but has a mage's tower (Karnegris Tower) full of arcane lore and is always looking for more.
