The Nobles of Naught

The Nobles of Naught are rumored to be a group of noble officials, that steal not from themselves, but from even more wealthy nobles in order to provide a more stable and even economy. They give their riches to the working class, and expect a trickle down to the poorer peoples of Elose. They are rumored to operate everywhere, with no real base of operations. Those that have been investigated, claim the Nobles of Naught to be more of an idea, than an organization.
